30-Day Return Policy

At AllWoven.com we believe you will be completely satisfied with our products. But in the event our products did not meet your needs or did not match your decor, our staff will be glad to guide you through the return process. To return a product, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping for a full refund, less the shipping costs applicable even if the item was sold as Free Shipping Eligible.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If products arrive at our warehouse damaged, sender (buyer) must file a claim with freight carrier.
  • Product must be in perfect, like-new condition, and inside the original packaging along with instructions, hardware, and any other items that are part of the product. Refund will not occur if the item is not in its original box, nor if we receive the item and/or packaging that are not in like-new condition.
  • Contact our customer service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will not accept returned goods under any circumstances without prior authorization.
  • Refund will be made after we receive the item back as long as it's qualified for refund under the terms above.
  • We will not accept returns of items that were on "Clearance" or were marked as "Non-refundable".

In-transit Damage

If you receive a product that is damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
  • Email us pictures of the damages, including the damaged item and packaging
  • You will receive a replacement at no additional charge after eligibility has been confirmed
  • Failure to follow the instructions above may result in charge for the replacement item
  • Our staff will evaluate the damage and determine what to do with the damaged item

Defect

We follow strict quality standards at our factories to prevent defect, but in rare occasions a defect may still pass through quality control. In that event, we have a return option under the following guidelines for your complete satisfaction.

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
  • Email us pictures of the item and defect
  • You will receive a replacement at no additional charge after eligibility has been confirmed
  • Failure to follow the instructions above may result in charge for the replacement item
  • Our staff will evaluate the defect and determine what to do with the defected item

Note: Depending on the type of corrective action needed, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund your purchase at our discretion.  If a repair is required, the repair service may be performed on the location or at our warehouse.

Wrong Item Was ordered

If you ordered the wrong item we will accept it back if you contact us within 5 days of receipt providing that it is still in the original box and that neither the box nor the items are damaged. You must pay the shipping charges to return the item to us, a 15% restocking fee, and the shipping costs for the replacement once we receive the wrong item back and confirm its like-new condition.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches the destination, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return cost, and a 15% restocking fee.
