Free shipping applies to items designated as "Free Shipping Eligible". This offer applies only to continental United States. Some remote or rural areas may be subject to a surcharge. Our customer service will notify you of it in case that applies. Alternatively, you may contact us to find out more before placing your order.
Orders are shipped standard via carriers selected by us such as UPS and FedEx and do not include unpacking or installation.
Shipments are processed within 2 business days. Then we use shipping ground services to ship to you, which takes an additional 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Receipt and inspection of your shipment
If you receive a product that is damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours.
- Email us pictures of the damages, including the damaged item and packaging
- You will receive a replacement at no additional charge after eligibility has been confirmed
- Failure to follow the instructions above may result in charge for the replacement item
- Our staff will evaluate the damage and determine what to do with the damaged item
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches the destination, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return cost, and a 15% restocking fee.
We currently ship only to continental United States.
